About Mahesh Automation
Automation and instrumentation for water supply and industry
Mahesh Automation is a Hyderabad-based automation and instrumentation company. We design, supply, install and commission the control systems that run water treatment plants, pumping stations and industrial plants, from the sensors on the pipeline to the SCADA screens in the control room.
Water treatment and pumping
Most of our work is in municipal water supply. At water treatment plants (WTP) we automate filtration, backwash sequences, flash mixers and clariflocculators, and add online monitoring of pH, turbidity and residual chlorine. At pumping stations we put every pump, valve and motor on SCADA, with protection for motor windings and bearings, pressure trips and daily flow totals, so operators can run the whole station from one screen.
Instruments, panels and support
Around that core we supply the instruments and components a plant needs: electromagnetic and ultrasonic flow meters, level and pressure transmitters, water-quality analyzers, PLCs, drives, relays and panel parts, sourced from leading manufacturers. We build and wire control panels, calibrate instruments, commission new systems and support them afterwards under maintenance contracts.
How a project runs
Every project follows the same sequence: requirements, design, build, factory testing, site installation and commissioning. It ends with operator training, manuals and as-built drawings, so your own team can run and maintain the system with confidence.
