Water treatment plants

SCADA for Water Treatment Plants (WTP)

Operators run the whole treatment plant from one screen. Every process unit, its inlet, outlet, drain, air and wash valves, the air blowers and the wash-water pumps are shown live, with valve states colour-coded as open, closed or partly open.

Water quality

Online water-quality monitoring

Analyzers on the treatment line measure water quality continuously and send the readings to SCADA, so operators can adjust dosing straight away instead of waiting for lab results.

Pumping stations

Pump station SCADA with motor and pump monitoring

Each pumping unit has its own SCADA overview showing motor, valve and starter status, with scanners watching motor windings and bearings. Any abnormal reading raises an alarm and can trip the pump before damage is done.

Flow measurement

Electromagnetic and ultrasonic flow measurement

We supply, install and commission flow meters on water mains and process lines, and use clamp-on ultrasonic meters to check flow without cutting the pipe.

Control panels

PLC and remote I/O control panels

Panel manufacturing, wiring, installation and commissioning

We manufacture and wire PLC, remote I/O and marshalling panels in our own workshop, then install and commission them on site. Every wire is ferruled and labelled, and signal and power wiring are kept apart for safe, easy maintenance.

Remote telemetry

Remote monitoring with GPRS data loggers

GPRS data loggers read level and flow signals at remote sites and send them over the mobile network, so readings from tanks and pump houses reach a central dashboard without a site visit.
